SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Fred C. Grosshaupt II of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Brian Helfer, 41, of Butler was held for court on 24 counts each of computer theft and unlawful use of a computer, 30 counts of computer trespass, and 454 counts each of unlawful interception of electronic communication and unlawful duplication, filed Jan. 13, 2007, by state police.

George Lucas, 33, of Cabot waived to court charges of stalking, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and a traffic signal violation, filed Jan. 4 by Saxonburg police. He also waived charges of terroristic threats and harassment in another case filed Dec. 27 by Saxonburg police.

David Riley, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 19 by state police.

Jodi Shirey, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, conspiracy and corruption of minors, filed Sept. 3 by Penn Township police.

Patrick Shirey, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, conspiracy and corruption of minors, filed Sept. 3 by Penn Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Dezeray L. Angerette, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 9 by Butler Township police.Ronald J. Anthony, 61, of Butler was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 24 by Butler Township police.Teresa I. Collins, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.Elizabeth A. Cosme, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, attempted forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 20 by Butler Township police.Neal A. Galore Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.John C. Johnston, 23, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police. Johnston was ordered to pay $699.50 in fines and court costs.Shayne E. Johnston, 23, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of identity theft, conspiracy, access device fraud, theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license, filed Jan. 21 by Butler Township police.Ryan J. Macomber, 27, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 27 by Butler Township police.Megan A. Miller, 23, of Evans City waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.Lori J. Nash, 38, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving too fast for conditions, filed Jan. 26 by Butler Township police.Brian M. Payment Jr., 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession drug paraphernalia and possession with the intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 12 by Butler Township police. Payment was ordered to pay $549.50 in fines and court costs.Earl J. Richards, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements and driving with a suspended license, filed Feb. 10 by state police.Joshua A. Rivera, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 7 by Butler Township police. Rivera was ordered to pay $449.50 in fines and court costs.Tabitha M. Thomas, 18, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Johnny Mack Brown Jr., 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without rear lights, filed May 2.Nicole Lee Buzzelli, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and six counts of forgery, filed Jan. 6.Gloria J. Cravener, 45, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of false reports, filed Jan. 13. Cravener was ordered to pay $174.50 in fines and court costs.Raymond C. Downing, 62, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 22.Sarah R. Hlebiczki, 22, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 22.Jesse James Hynes, 28, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of trespass, simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Aug. 8.Jennifer N. Perdue, 32, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license, filed Nov. 26.Jason A. Poindexter, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Feb. 13. Poindexter was ordered to pay $495.10 in restitution, fines and court costs.Crystal Webb, 28, of Petrolia waived to court a charges of theft by deception, filed Dec. 2.
