Student's history essay wins contest
MIDDLESEX TWP — Alex Meskanick, a sixth grade student at Holy Sepulcher School, won an essay contest sponsored by the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Students in grades five to eight from nine districts contended by writing an essay on American history. Alex's essay now will be entered in the state competition.
