Anastasia Kozup and Ryan Palmer

A Sept. 26 wedding is being planned by Anastasia Kozup and Ryan Palmer, both of Norfolk, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jerry and Teri-Ann Kozup of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Darryl and Pauline Palmer of Forest Hill, Md.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School and a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University. She received a degree in 2006 from George Washington University and works as an aerospace engineer at Aviation Applied Technology Directorate in Fort Eustis, Va.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from John Carroll High School and in 2002 from Washington College. He is a contract specialist at Aviation Applied Technology Directorate in Fort Eustis.
