PITTSBURGH — A mentally challenged woman from New Castle was found in Missouri with a convicted sex offender.

Gabriella Trayer, 20, was last seen with 44-year-old Robert Hebb Feb. 9 in New Castle. Her mother said her daughter has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.

The Missouri Highway Patrol pulled Hebb over for a traffic violation Thursday afternoon in Lee's Summit and found Trayer with him.

TREMONT — A woman who owned a purported animal sanctuary in Pine Grove, about 75 miles west-northwest of Philadelphia, is accused of letting animals go hungry.Police say Virginia Eilene Justiniano, 49, stockpiled donated cat food and resold some of it to buy heroin and other drugs.Also charged is her boyfriend, Andy Joseph Oxenrider, 37. Both face hundreds of charges of animal cruelty along with numerous drug charges.
