Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church and Operation Spay Neuter held their second chili cook-off New Year's Eve to raise funds for both organizations. Fairground Market won the competition. Competitors included Butler Memorial Hospital, D'Anthony's Pizzaria, Fairground Market and the Monroe Hotel.
