CHICORA — District Judge Lewis E. Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

David Butler, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, no rear lights and careless driving, filed Oct. 14.

Marian E. Claypoole, 59, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregard for traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Dec. 2.

Jason Kerchersky, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 22.

John Stanley Martucci, 51, of Parker waived to court charges of aggravated indecent assault — less than 13 years old, indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault without consent of others, filed Jan. 20.

Mitchell L. Schaffner, 47, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Dec. 15.

Brian Todd Welch, 31, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and driving without a license, filed Dec. 20.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Erin Durney, 31, of Ford City waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 20 by Buffalo Township police.Aaron Milliken, 27, of Worthington waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 4 by state police.Tammy R. Pauli, 35, of Freeport waived to court a charge of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery or deception, filed July 14 by the state attorney general.Cody Vaughan, 19, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of forgery, criminal conspiracy and theft by deception, filed Nov. 10 by Penn Township police.
