I feel it is wrong to lose your gun rights because of a DUI. Now if a gun was in the car or on your person then yes you should lose it but to lose it just because is totally wrong. Why not lose your rights to keep your children if you get a DUI?? Even if they were no where around? how about losing your right to vote or house. Adding all these hidden things onto laws has got to stop. Getting a DUI could happen to anyone and comming back and replying to me that you dont drink wont fly as they could get you for driving while under a prescription drug and get the same treatment. When are we going to take back our rights from the Granola eating tree hugging Madd mothers and lawyers, politicians and live life like we are supposed to.
