convicted pedophile (Don Rasely)--to be bothered with the lesser issues of the people. Yes, that's right--rehab the Penn Theater with taxpayer monies, and then

GIVE IT BACK to a convicted child molester to use as he pleases, to profit as any

owner would of a newly renovated building on Main Street. Why are they even thinking about using taxpayer monies in a way that will eventually profit a man who

used his leadership position in the community to prey upon young men? As

a city resident, I can understand your exasperation with the plowing and pothole

issues, though. Why are the people of Butler so complacent about the Mayor, her

associations with a pedophile and any possible conflicts of interest that may

arise from her associations, which may befuddle her decision making process in

favor of Rasely? What's wrong with City Council that they go along with this lunacy?
