CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Todd Legrand, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Dec. 23.Charles E. Mackalica Jr., 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 10. Mackalica was ordered to pay $183 in fines and court costs.Jeffrey Nadiak, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 17.Shane Paczek, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Dec. 23.Thomas A.
