EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Richard Robert Baron, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 2 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Emily Nicole Vangorder, 20, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 1 by Adams Township police with stalking, possession of a prohibitive weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, harassment and driving with a suspended license.

Sondra Lee Hornicak, 67, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 8 by state police with retail theft.

Carl Walter Kirstatter, 60, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 17 by the state bureau of investigation with receiving stolen property and altering illegally obtained property.

Jeffrey Stone, 26, of Coraopolis waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 29 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Vada M. Boland, 47, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 1 by Callery police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Lawrence Richard Sadowski, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Michael A. Pegher, 46, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Richard Wagner, 32, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 25 with criminal conspiracy, retail theft.
