Nursing Homes Rating for Butler County,PA
Good Afternoon! Could some tell me what edition of the Butler Eagle had the article about the ratings for care facilties in our area? Or, where I can find out information? I was told one nursing facility was rated a 1 out of 5. Five was the best! I don't want my loved one at a facility rated a 1! Thanks!
