Dr. Amesh states that people should be allowed to do with their bodies what they want. I'm not sure I agree with that totoally, but I see the hypocracy of regulating one mind altering substance and not another.

You talk about people being pushers. Why would somebody be a pusher? Quick easy money. If drugs were legal, the pushers would have no market. They would have no reason to kill somebody for seeing them sell drugs. They would have no reason to even buy a gun because they wouldn't have millions of dollars worth of drugs in their home to guard.
