I know where you are coming from on these issues about alcohol and drugs, However lets take a look at Butler County. In the city of Butler alone we have at least 4 drug and alcohol units and too many mental health facilities. Are they helping? Or are they enabling? People are people, make them pay for the wrong they do. No one is going to quit doing anything because other people don't like it. As for the facilities in Butler County; did you know that when a person comes out of a drug rehab, they can get welfare for 9 months? I have met people in Butler that have literally made a career out of rehab. Butler needs more law enforcement than they do rehabs. No one person is going to change all of this. Actually with our DUI laws, I believe the law is doing its job. I believe if people are held accountable for their actions that is going to help. To supply people with a ton of rehabs and catering to them could be hindering to people. I believe this particular subject is like beating a dead horse. As for your job you described, unfortunately, expect what you see, thats life. Do we make alcohol illegal? Or do we legalize drugs?? Dr. Amesh could have the right idea. Here's a thought, maybe if we tell people they shouldn't pray, everyone will want to do it!!!! Its a vicious circle!!!
