Margaret Richey-Rupp
Margaret M. "Marmee" Richey-Rupp, 86, of Walk Chalk, Armstrong County, died Sunday in the ACMH Hospital.
She was born Jan. 20, 1922, a daughter of the late Nulen and Mildred (Toy) Shaffer.
She was a member of the First Church of God in Kittanning.
She is survived by a son, John Richey of New Castle; a daughter, Linda Jacobson of Emlenton; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Ann Richardson of Walk Chalk; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a her first husband, LeRoy Richey, on March 24, 1978; her second husband, J. Arthur Rupp, on Aug. 12, 2004; a son, Herbert Richey; and a sister, Helen Heffelfinger.
