Paul Nemceff
Paul Nemceff, 81, of Gmunden, Austria, formerly of Butler, died Saturday, Nov. 22.
He was born in Butler, Jan. 15, 1927, the son of the late Theodore Stephen and Julia Baranova Nemceff.
Paul married his wife, the former Josefa Wenninger, in 1952, with the understanding that upon their retirement they would relocate to her hometown. She survives him.
Paul had several careers and retired from the Air Force, U.S. Steel Corp. and an Austrian security company.
He is survived by his sisters-in-law, Ann Nemceff of Butler and Mary Nemceff of Fairport, N.Y.; nephews, Jack, James, Frank, William, John and Theodore Nemceff; nieces, Judi Bolt and Connie Gleason; and several grandnephews, grandnieces and great-grandnephews and great-grand-nephews nieces.
Three brothers predeceased him: Frank, Alex and James Nemceff; and so did several infant brothers and sisters.
<B>NEMCEFF </B>— Visitation for Paul Nemceff, who died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, was held Nov. 29 and 30 at the <B>Pichler Funeral Home</B>, Gmunden, Austria. Paul's funeral was held Dec. 1 at his parish with burial in the church cemetery.
