Forest Laraba II and Kellie Monks

A July 24 wedding is being planned by Kellie Monks and Forest Laraba II, both of Monroeville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary Monks Sr. of Butler and the late Loretta Monks. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are David and Jane Laraba of Beckley, W.Va.

The bride-elect is a 1988 graduate of Butler High School. She works for Best Buy in North Fayette.

Her fiance graduated in 1999 from Woodrow Wilson High School. He works for Best Buy in Tarentum.
