CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Charles Horlick, 57, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Dec. 2.

William B. Ketchum, 46, of Parker waived to court a charge of unsworn falsification, filed Dec. 17.

Randy A. Kline, 57, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving too slow for conditions and not using a flashing signal, filed Nov. 18.

Sandra M. Miller, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and careless driving, filed Nov. 24.

Eric Oesterling, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Nov. 12.

Heath Schreffler, 25, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Nov. 24.

Matthew J. Walker, 21, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of deception, filed May 30, 2006. Walker was ordered to pay $586.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Randy West, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, careless driving and failing to keep right, filed Dec. 4.
