SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Daniel Adamik, 39, of Sarver waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, simple assault, a red light violation, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Dec. 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Joseph W. Lowes, 25, of Sarver was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Seamon, 53, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 20 by state police.

Charles Vantine, 48, of Hernando, Fla., was held for court on charges of DUI, making an improper stop and a safety equipment violation, filed Dec. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Lynda E. Locke, 26, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Oct. 27.Lawrence Mavilla, 52, of West View, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed Nov. 28. Mavilla was ordered to pay $442 in fines and court costs.William Miller, 23, of Parker waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 29.Christopher Reider, 43, of Bruin pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed July 2.
