SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Daniel Adamik, 39, of Sarver waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, simple assault, a red light violation, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Dec. 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Joseph W. Lowes, 25, of Sarver was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Seamon, 53, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 20 by state police.

Charles Vantine, 48, of Hernando, Fla., was held for court on charges of DUI, making an improper stop and a safety equipment violation, filed Dec. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Tina M. Davies, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, child endangerment, simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment, filed Dec. 4 by Butler Township police.Emily E. Iarrapino, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, filed Nov. 13 by Butler Township police.Nathaniel J. Mahood, 23, of Karns City was held for court on charges of forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.Carl S. Matuke, 41, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 3 by Butler Township police.Russell J. Neely, 38, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement authorities, disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana, accidents involving damage to unattended property, driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 2 by Butler Township police.Cara L. Rea, 43, of SlipperyRock was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Aug. 28 by state policeTodd E. Watt, 24, of Prospect pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police. Watt was ordered to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.Rhonda L. Weltner, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing instruments of crime, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.Leroy D. Wheeler Jr., 37, of Butler waived to court a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements for sex offenders, filed Nov. 14 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Lynda E. Locke, 26, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Oct. 27.Lawrence Mavilla, 52, of West View, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed Nov. 28. Mavilla was ordered to pay $442 in fines and court costs.William Miller, 23, of Parker waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 29.Christopher Reider, 43, of Bruin pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed July 2. Reider was ordered to pay $2,696.50 in restitution, fines and court costs,Randall Scott Snyder, 22, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Nov. 19.
