Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre presents "The Nutcracker" through Dec. 28 at the Benedum Center, 719 Liberty Ave. Taking part in the show are Caroline Ciocco of Cranberry Township, Shirlann Harmon of Evans City, and Madeline Hoey and Rachel Thomas, both of Mars. Curtain is at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, at 2 p.m. Saturdays and at noon and 4:30 p.m. Sundays. An additional 7 p.m. show will be presented on Dec. 23.
