EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Clinton Leroy Long, 31, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 21 by Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

John F. Kirch Jr., 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 21 by Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Robert Charles Salak Jr., 50, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 3 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Albert Gottfried Fettig III, 50, of Clearwater, Fl., waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Lawrence Vinson, 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 1 by Evans City police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Samuel McClelland, 31, of Mercer waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by Mars police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Regis P. Wearing, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 12 by Callery police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Hakeem Jordan Fitzpatrick, 21, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 29 by the state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lou Ann Coester, 40, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 8 by Adams Township police with writing bad checks.

Victoria Joy Palmer, 49, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 5 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jill Lee Williams, 38, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 14 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Dawn Grant, 26, of Tarentum waived her case to court. She was charged March 23 by state police with access device fraud and receiving stolen property.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Erica N. King, 24, of Parker waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, as well as a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, in separate cases filed Dec. 2.Nathaniel J. Mahood, 23, of Karns City waived to court a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Dec. 2.Leo D. Mohan, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Aug. 12.Jeffrey L. Reott, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Oct. 7.Justin T. Richmond, 21, of Emlenton, Venango County, was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 8.Zackary Lee Rycroft, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 7.Joseph W. Unger Jr., 59, of Warrendale, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, failure to keep right and depositing waste on the road, filed Oct. 28.
