Charles Bevington Jr., 35, of Freedom, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Aug. 30 by Middlesex Township police.
Jessica McCloskey, 18, of Valencia waived to court charges of access device fraud and theft by deception, filed Nov. 25 by Middlesex Township police.
Michael O'Brien, 32, of Valencia was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 27 by state police.
Johnathan Park, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, driving without headlamps on, a stop sign violation, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 20 by state police.
Joseph Paylo, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Oct. 25 by state police.

Anthony, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of false alarms to public safety agencies and false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Nov. 5 by Butler Township police.Kyle A. Baker, 20, of Portersville pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 5 by state police. Baker was ordered to pay $446.50 in fines and court costs.Devin C. Blum, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Oct. 7 by Butler Township police. Blum was ordered to pay $341.50 in fines and court costs.Jason T. Ewing, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed Nov. 12 by state police.Leroy Goepfert, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, accidents causing injury, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, a red light violation, failing to give information to authorities or render aid, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions, improperly driving an emergency vehicle, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment, and a left turn violation, filed Oct. 7 by Butler Township police.Bradley J. Harriett, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Nov. 11 by Butler Township police. Harriett was ordered to pay $433 in fines and court costs.John R. Hodak, 28, of Mercer waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 7 by Butler Township police.Kathryn N. Mitchell, 55, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Dec. 4 by Butler Township police.Marci A.
