Mary L. Kuciak
Mary L. Kuciak, 100, of Butler passed away peacefully Monday at her home.
She was born in Butler on Jan. 7, 1908, and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Theresa Pascazi.
Mary formerly worked at the Spaide Shirt Factory.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by one son, Ronald J. Kuciak of Butler; one sister-in-law, Mary Pascazi of East Brady; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great- nieces and great-great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Kuciak, who passed away in 1976; one daughter; one sister; and five brothers. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Kuciak, who died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. James Dolano officiating. Burial will be in the St. Michael Cemetery.The Bereavement Group of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church will conduct a scriptural wake service at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.Information also is available at www.martinfh.net.
