• School: Seneca Valley• Class: Senior• Position: Quarterback• Key Statistics: Broke several school records this season, including 2,152 passing yards in a season and 3,845 in a career. Threw 14 touchdown passes in 2008. Also rushed for 642 yards and 12 more scores.

• School: Moniteau• Class: Junior• Position: Wide receiver• Key Statistics: Was the Warriors’ playmaker in the passing game, hauling in 43 passes for 1,018 yards and 14 touchdowns.

• School: Karns City• Class: Senior• Position: Center• Key Statistics: Anchored an offensive line that allowed the Gremlins to amass more than 3,500 rushing yards entering Friday’s PIAA quarterfinal game. Was also named first-team All-Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference.

• School: Grove City• Class: Senior• Position: Wingback• Key Statistics: Played multiple positions and was a threat running, receiving and even passing. Rushed for 768 yards and 11 TDs, caught 13 passes for 169 yards and two scores and was 2-of-2 passing for 82 yards and two TDs.

• School: Knoch• Class: Senior• Position: Running back• Key Statistics: Had 196 carries for 1,041 yards and seven touchdowns for the Knights, posting his second consecutive 1,000-yard season. Was named first team all-Greater Allegheny Conference.

• School: Mars• Class: Sophomore• Position: Fullback• Key Statistics: Ran for 1,080 yards, nine touchdowns and a seven-yard average. Also caught 13 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns for the Planets, who made the WPIAL playoffs in their first season at the Class AAA level.

• School: Mars• Class: Senior• Position: Center• Key Statistics: Was a first-team Greater Allegheny Conference pick on both the offensive and defensive lines. Helped the Planets rush for 2,473 yards and 27 touchdowns.
