The Bach Society will host its Christmas concert, "Love Came Down At Christmas" twice, once in Slippery Rock and once in Grove City.

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Youth Chamber Orchestra will perform a free concert at 4 p.m. Dec. 7 at Northmont United Presbyterian Church, 8169 Perry Highway in the North Hills.The program, with participation from the PYCO Woodwind, Brass and Percussion Ensembles, will include works by Bach and Tchaikovsky and the world premiere of "Capricho for Clarinet" by Jorge Variego.Pablo Ardiles is the artistic director.Admission is free. NEW CASTLE — For the 18th season, Harry Cunningham of Butler will direct the New Castle Music Club Chorus' annual presentation of Handel's "Messiah," this year at 3 p.m. Sunday at Epworth United Methodist Church, 805 E.
