A Dec. 6 wedding is being planned by Mindy Stoops and Eric Irvine, both of West Sunbury.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Frank and Pamela Stoops of West Sunbury. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Joanne Irvine of Wampum and the late Albert Irvine.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Moniteau High School.
Her fiancé graduated in 1992 from Shenango High School.
