SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Barbara Balentine, 25, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, false report to law enforcement authorities and giving false information, filed Aug. 26 by Penn Township police.
Benjamin S. Bryant, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint Aug. 18 by Glassmere Fuel. Bryant was ordered to pay $1,561.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Mark Cunningham, 18, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, speeding, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to give information and render aid after an accident, failure to immediately report an accident to police, carrying a false identification card, underage drinking, failure to pull over for an emergency vehicle and a flashing signal violation, filed Oct. 19 by Buffalo Township police.
Theodore Hillwig, 54, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, two other lane violations and a lighting violation, filed Oct. 9 by state police.
Jamie Nesselroad, 31, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Sept. 7 by Middlesex Township police.
Jonathan Wigand, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and speeding, filed Sept. 21 by Penn Township police.

He was charged Oct. 9 by Jackson Township police with criminal mischief.Robert Andrew Yeager, 27, of Bowling Green, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 29 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.Daryl Jon Shipos, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 14 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Terry Donald Keil, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 13 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Richard Dale Roberts Jr., 46, of Butler waived his case to court. She was charged Sept. 23 by Butler County detectives with manufacture of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.Timothy Robert Evans, 45, of Ruffs Dale, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 30 by with possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass and acquisition of a controlled substance.Ryan L. Hodges, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 29 by Evans City police with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and simple assault.Mary Homison, 27, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 19 by Jackson Township police with endangering the welfare of children, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.
