SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Kristi Jameson, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 31 by Penn Township police.

Brittany Lander, 20, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of possession with a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and driving without a license and without valid registration, filed Oct. 12 by Oct. 12 by Buffalo Township police.

George Lucas, 32, of Cabot waived to court a charge of terroristic threats, filed Oct. 19 by Saxonburg police.

Sean McKnight, 37, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of burglary and trespass, filed Aug. 7 by Penn Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Robert H. Boyer, 32, of Kennerdell, Venango County, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 16. Boyer was ordered to pay $246.50 in fines and court costs.April Ferguson, 22, of Emlenton, Venango County, pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy, filed Sept. 16. Ferguson was ordered to pay $246.50 in fines and court costs.Terry Hinchberger, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 16.Patrick J. Kidder, 29, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of DUI and speeding, filed Aug. 13.David Mikulski, 30, of Bruin was held for court on charges of theft from a vehicle and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 6.Tiffany R. Mullen, 20, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed July 24.Kelli Reitz, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving without headlights on, and driving with an improper muffler, filed Sept. 3.Michael Rose, 22, of Clintonville, Venango County, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 16. Rose was ordered to pay $246.50 in fines and court costs.William James Simpson, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 3.Madalyn P. Somple, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug 12. Somple was ordered to pay $246.50 in fines and court costs.Dennis Spellman, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 6.Kris Wilson, 50, of East Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 16.
