Go back to school! Roads & maintenance, fire & police are NOT paid for out of SCHOOL TAXES. Schools & the things that go into schools (teachers, computers, books, pencils, etc) are paid for by SCHOOL TAXES.

You want to blame the teachers for increased taxes... what about the school board going forward with a 10 million dollar expansion... for a district with graduation rates the same for the last 30 years!

HOW would you choose to support the HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION provided at South Butler... oh.. by keeping these teachers as the lowest paid individuals as compared to ANY other district around. Sounds like a real incentive for anyone EVER to work there. Get real.
