EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Sean R. Franz, 29, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 19 by Zelienople police with simple assault, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elizabeth Anne Togni, 41, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 3 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joe Desimone, 50, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the state police with writing bad checks.

Charles Domhoff III, 18, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 by Butler County detectives with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Guy Bradley Simens, 33, of Clintonville waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 2 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nickie Paul Quickle, 38, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Toni Ann Milsom, 31, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 23 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jeffrey L. Miller Jr., 23, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 10 by Jackson Township police with supplying alcohol to minors.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Bradley W. Zupancic, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Garrick Grant Gibson, 25, of New Brighton had his case held to court. He was charged June 26 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
