BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:
Eric E. Angerett, 29, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 19.
Michael J. Camerott, 41, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 9. Camerott was sentenced to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.
Justin W. Cooksey, 25, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 8. Cooksey was sentenced to pay $846.50 in fines and court costs.
Michelle L. Dipner, 35, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of false ID to law enforcement, driving with suspended license DUI-related and not exhibiting a driver's license on demand, filed Sept. 30.
Katherine D. Elmadollar, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 29.
Amy L. Gorgas, 30, of Butler was held for court on two counts bad checks, filed Sept. 24.
Brian E. Leinenbach, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 29. He was sentenced to pay $446.50 in fines and court costs.
Jon H. Matthews, III, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 15.
Herbert C. Phillips, 42, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 11.

Kovocovsky, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance, filed Sept. 2.Thomas Paul Wilson, 59, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at safe speed, careless driving and failure to keep right, filed Sept. 2.
