Big Ed I guarantee you fire all the teachers you could rehire all those positions before the strike was over.
There are plenty of teachers out there in this area who dont teach because they cant find a job.
Or they dont want to teach in big city.
So please think about what you are saying, everyone can be replaced anywhere.
