Lutz, Hill
Jamie Lutz and Brian Hill were united in marriage Aug. 1 at the Twelve Oaks Mansion in Mars. The Rev. Jim Lewis officiated. A reception followed at the same location.
The bride is the daughter of Karen Lutz of Slippery Rock and the late James Lutz. Parents of the bridegroom are Gary and Janet Hill of Pittsburgh.
The honor attendant was Erica Rodriguez of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids included Jennifer Pierson of Severn, Md.; Jodi Lutz of Valladolid, Spain, and Kimmie Roman of Pittsburgh. Junior bridesmaid was Alexis Lutz of Valladolid and flower girl was Jensyn Roman of Pittsburgh.
Performing the duties of best man was Gary Hill of Pittsburgh. Ushers included Dave Marcus of Atlanta, Bryce Steeg of San Fransisco and Nick Vrable of Durham, N.C. Junior groom was Austin Roman of Pittsburgh and Christopher Peirson of Severn served as ring bearer.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 2002 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for the Lincoln Property Company in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Plum High School and in 2002 from Duke University. He works for Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Following a trip to Deep Creek, Md., the couple is making their home in Pittsburgh. Their official honeymoon trip will take place this winter in Hawaii.
