District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Clayton Kline, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 19 by Zelienople police with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Salvador Canizares, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 9 by Mars police with simple assault.
Janice Baker, 58, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 10 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness.
Lynn A. Benson, 41, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 22 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jacob Drzemiecki, 21, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Aug. 25.Dylan Ross Hodge, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, child endangerment and harassment, filed Aug. 1Steven Hovis, 42, of East Brady was held for court on 14 counts of access fraud, filed Sept. 25.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Lee Crissman, 21, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 8 by state police. Crissman was sentenced to pay $291.50 in fines and court costs.Kirk Fair, 34, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 20 by Buffalo Township police.Jeffrey Horner, 25, of Wexford waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 1 by Middlesex Township police.Mark Rearick, 18, of Ford City waived to court charges or driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Aug. 10 by Buffalo Township police.Mark Rowe, 48, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment and stalking, filed July 23 by state police.
