Stand Tall is a school-based club that develops a positive peer pressure group in schools and in the community. Members vow to abstain from using drugs and alcohol, volunteer to participate in random drug screenings to prove it and are rewarded for healthy lifestyle choices though incentive programs.

Butler County schools currently participating in Stand Tall include Butler junior, intermediate and senior high schools, Karns City junior and senior high schools, Moniteau High School and Knoch High School.
