Angiolieri, Sommer

Deborah and Michael Sommer

Deborah Angiolieri and Michael Sommer were united in marriage June 21 at Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin. The Revs. David Janz and Charles Zadora officiated. A reception followed at the Arlington Hotel in Oil City.

The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Rosemarie Angiolieri of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are James Sommer of Fredonia, N.Y., and the late Margaret Sommer.

The honor attendant was Maria Pugh of Butler. Guest book attendant was Bethany Slautterback of Franklin.

Performing the duties of best man was Tom Sommer of Fishers, Ind. Usher was Ryan Pugh of Butler.

The bride is a 1992 graduate of Butler High School and a 1995 graduate of Clarion University. She received her master's degree in library science in 1998 from the University of Pittsburgh. She works as an elementary librarian for the Franklin School District.

The bridegroom graduated in 1981 from Fredonia High School and in 1987 from Alfred State College. He is an employment specialist for the Venango Training and Development Center in Seneca.

Following a honeymoon trip to Aruba, the couple is making their home in Oil City.
