Jack and Sandy Dodgson

John "Jack" and Sandra Dodgson of Connoquenessing Township celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family party Oct. 18 and a cruise to Bermuda.

Dodgson married the former Sandra Romesburg on Oct. 19, 1958, at the Central Christian Church in Uniontown.

They have three children, David Dodgson of West Sunbury, James Dodgson of West Sunbury and Daniel Dodgson of Butler. Another son, J.Richard Dodgson, is deceased.

They also have eight grandchildren.Dodgson is retired from the Castle Rubber Company. He is a graduate of Robert Morris College and a veteran with the Army.Mrs. Dodgson is a homemaker and a retired medical assistant.The Dodgsons are active members of the White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church.
