Geraldine E. Colangeli

Geraldine E. Colangeli, 75, of Saxonburg died Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 8, 1933, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Henry and Edna (Bachman) Thiemann.

She was an inspector for Penn United Technologies, retiring in 1995.

She was a member of the Center United Methodist Church in Fawn Township.

She enjoyed gardening, watching football, playing cards and sewing.

Surviving are three sons, Donald (Jill Moser) Colangeli of Sarver, Anthony (Buffy) Colangeli of Sarver, and Brian (Jennifer) Colangeli of Slate Lick; six daughters, Sheryl (Michael Miller) Colangeli of Saxonburg, Leslie (Larry) Wolf of Saxonburg, Nancy (Jack) Gardner of Sewickley, Amy (Paul) Smith of Chicora, Jill (Paul) Mahan of Saxonburg, and Julie (Tim) Diamond of Meridian; a sister, Jean (Floyd) Stark of Tarentum; a brother, Edward (Karen) Thiemann of Rose, N.Y.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death Aug. 14, 1975, was her husband Ezio "Atch" Colangeli.

<B>COLANGELI</B>— Friends of Geraldine E. Colangeli, who died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be private. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Dorseyville.Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society Butler Unit, P.O.
