Kenneth F. Shuler
Kenneth F. Shuler, 70, of 107 Shuler Road in Fenelton died unexpectedly Saturday in the emergency room of Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Nov. 27, 1937, in Fenelton, he was a son of the late Arthur and Marie Silk Shuler.
Mr. Shuler worked for years at the Pullman Standard Car Co. in Butler and retired when the plant closed. As a young man, he worked for his father's business, A.F. Shuler Construction.
He was a member of the St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville.
Ken enjoyed hunting and was a member of the NRA. He was also a member of the R.C. Men's Club in Herman.
Surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Edward (Gloria) Reott of Butler, Mrs. Evelyn MacDonald, Goldie Shuler and Mrs. Richard (Callista) Weber, all of Herman and Mrs. Shirley Van Scoy of Fenelton. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.
Four brothers preceded him in death.
<B>SHULER </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Kenneth F. Shuler, who died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville with Father Kenneth Kezmarsky, pastor, officiating.
