Francis J. Robertson

Francis J. "Scotty" Robertson, 90, of Greensburg, formerly of Saxonburg, died Saturday at his son's home.

Born May 24, 1918, in Glasgow, Scotland, he was the son of John and Elizabeth Love Robertson

He worked as a head draftsman for Spang & Co. and retired in 1985 after 25 years.

He was a member of the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church in Glade Mills and the Knights of Columbus.

He was a former scout master for Boy Scout Troop 56, and he enjoyed bowling and golf.

Surviving are four sons, Robert F. Robertson of Charleston, W.Va., Anthony J. Robertson of Greensburg, Mark V. Robertson of Oakland Park, Fla., and Christopher S. Robertson of Wellsley, Mass.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Rachel Lang Robertson, who died Nov. 23, 1988; a son, Thomas Robertson; a grandson, Matthew Robertson; two sisters; and two brothers.

<B>ROBERTSON</B> — Friends of Francis J. "Scotty" Robertson, who died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church.
