Carol and Gene Fehl

Gene and Carol Fehl of Prospect celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family vacation in Orlando, Fla., followed by an anniversary dinner at the Log Cabin in Zelienople.

Fehl married the former Carol Robinson on Oct. 18, 1958, at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Isle.

They have two children, Scott Fehl of Butler and Shelbi Hockett of Columbia, Md.

They also have four grandchildren.Fehl is retired from Armco, where he worked for 35 years as a welder.Mrs. Fehl is a homemaker.The Fehls winter in Bradenton, Fla., and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.The couple are members of the Community Alliance Church in Butler.
