SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Duwayne Cooper, 18, of Stoneboro, Mercer County, was held for court on charges of corruption of minors and harassment, filed June 25 by Saxonburg police.

Nathan Frndak, 27, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 26 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office. Frndak was ordered to pay $351.50 in fines and court costs.

Richard Heasley, 41, of Butler was held for court on charges of conspiracy and a vehicle safety equipment violation, filed May 3 by the state police Auto Theft Task Force.

Joseph P. King, 49, of Valencia was held for court on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Aug. 28 Middlesex Township police.

Brittany Lander, 20, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 26 by the Butler County Sheriff's office. Lander was ordered to pay $351.50 in fines and court costs.

Timothy Livengood, 19, of Sarver waived to court two counts each of burglary, trespass and theft, as well as receiving stolen property, possessing instruments of crime and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Edward McNeel, 19, of Freeport waived to court two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary as well as receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 29 by Buffalo Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis E. Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Adam Dunkle, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 8.
