SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Kathryn Bergamasco, 46, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving required to be licensed and required signals, filed Aug. 9 by Saxonburg police.

James Cornman, 18, of Freeport waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, false reports to law enforcement, prohibited offensive weapon, possession of a firearm with altered marks and altering marks of identification, filed Aug. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Amy Lynn Lambert, 33, of Mars pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 11 by the Butler County Detective Bureau.

Joshua Stewart, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 30 by Buffalo Township police.

Christopher Visnesky, 18, of Freeport waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Gary J. Neely, 51, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Regis Wearing, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid inspection.Joshua Charles Radomski, no age given, of Washington had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 14 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Charles Barry Wedge, 52, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol.David Fisher, 50, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
