Timothy Herman and Megan Cypher

An Oct. 12 wedding is being planned by Megan Cypher and Timothy Herman, both of Clarion.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Teresa Cypher and David Buss, both of Cabot. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ralph and Peggy Herman of Saxonburg.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Knoch High School and 2004 graduate of Clarion University. She works for Consolidated Communications in Butler.

Her fiancé graduated in 1993 from Chartiers Valley High School and in 2000 from Penn State University. He is a local manager for Windstream Communications in Ridgway.
