Robert Ament, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and DUI of a controlled substance, filed May 8 by Penn Township police.
Jonathan Broskey, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 20 by Penn Township police. Broskey was ordered to pay $276.50 in fines and court costs.
Alexander Fuellgraf, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI by a minor, driving an all-terrain vehicle on a street and unlawful operation of an ATV, filed Aug. 8 by state police
Michael McClure, 42, of Sarver waived to court a charge of DUI, filed May 23 by state police.
Robin Roxberry, 46, of Butler waived to court three counts of failure to comply with the registration requirements for sexual offenders, filed Aug. 5 by Penn Township police.
Chivonne Sherman, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving and reckless endangerment, filed May 9 by Penn Township police.
Cody Vaughan, 18, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and stalking, and underage drinking, filed July 6 by state police.
Brandon Wissinger, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, filed July 6 by state police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Beth Ann Confer, 45, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and depositing waste on the highway, filed May 29.Heather Kuhrt, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and disorderly conduct, filed March 17. Kuhrt was ordered to pay $556.50 in fines and court costs.Richard Menchyk, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of identity theft, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and theft of lost or mislaid property, filed Sept. 16.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kirt William Jones, 25, of Mars had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 25 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Scott Franklin Burns, Jr., 22, of Renfrew had his case held for court. He was charged June 17 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.Karla Cristina Smith, 26, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged July 30 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Eva Cecilia Dixon, 43, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 10 by Jackson Township police with theft and receiving stolen property.Kathryn Dawn Robison, 40, of Zelienople had her case held for court. She was charged Sept. 2 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and criminal mischief.Jason Lee Wagner, 38, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness.Antoin Cobbs, 41, of Philadelphia waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 3 by Adams Township police with attempted theft by unlawful taking, forgery and identity theft.David Wilbert Gall, Jr., 34, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by Lancaster Township police with 33 felony counts of manufacture or possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, 33 misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and 50 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
