Gall, Karns
Elizabeth Gall and David Karns were united in marriage July 19 at Phipps Conservatory Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh. The Rev. William Balbach officiated. A reception followed at the same location.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Rita Gall of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Donald and Deborah Karns of Mechanicsburg.
The honor attendant was Kathleen Kreinbucher of Butler. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Hinchberger of Baltimore, Kimberly Heckert of Montclair, N.J.; Heidi Gall of Butler; Nicole Cuny of Butler; Michelle Balbach of Coraopolis and Sarah Warner of Middletown, Del. Flower girls were Autumn and Miranda Gall of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Jake Vogel of Pittsburgh. Groomsmen were Joseph Melichar of Pittburgh, Michael Geyer of Moon Township, Bert McBrayer of West Milton, Andrew Warner of Middletown, Richard Gall of Butler and William Balbach of Coraopolis.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Butler High School and a 1999 graduate of Duquesne University. She graduated in 2003 from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and works for Hamot Medical Center in Erie.
The bridegroom graduated in 1995 from Mechanicsburg High School and 1999 from Indiana (Pa.) University. He works for Waddell and Reed Financial Services in Erie.
Following a honeymoon trip to Greece, the couple is making their home in Erie.
