Dustin Hemphill

Dustin Hemphill of Butler recently graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor's degree in physics. He was an outstanding physics major and a member of Kappa Mu Epsilon, math honorary, and Sigma Pi Sigma, physics honorary. He was also named to the dean's list every semester.Hemphill is the son of Marlene Collins and a 2004 graduate of Butler High School.———

Megan Donaldson of Butler recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh.She graduated with honors and was awarded an ROTCscholarship and the Lt. Ann Visnovsky Minor Nursing Scholarship.She has been commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. In October she will attend Officer Basic School in San Antonio and in January, she will be stationed at Walter Reed Medical Center.Donaldson is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and the daughter of Mark and Patti Donaldson.———

<B>Amanda Henry</B> of Renfrew recently graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor's degree in chemistry.She was an outstanding freshman, sophomore, junior and senior chemistry major, was president of the Chem Club and was on the dean's list every semester.She is the daughter of Ron and Tammy Henry of Renfrew. She is a 2004 graduate of Butler High School.———<BR><BR><BR><BR>

<B>Ashley Edwards</B> of Grove City recently graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.During her senior year, she worked with Dr. Jennifer Sanftner on research and was part of a team that traveled to Seattle to present at the International Conference on Eating Disorders. She was awarded the Student Research Award in Psychology for the 2007-08 Academic Year and the Rising Star Student Impact Award.Edwards is a 2004 graduate of the Midwestern Regional Virtual Charter School. This fall she will begin studying for a master's degree at Gannon University in Erie. She was awarded a graduate assistantships in the office of student living. She is the daughter of Richard and Deena Edwards of Grove City.
