The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Pearsall of Mount Olive, N.C. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Scott of Butler and the late Robert Simms Sr.

The bride-elect is a corporate flight attendant for SASInstitute of Cary, N.C.

Her fiancé is a regional director for Delta Global Services in Atlanta.
