CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Denise Anderson of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, following too closely to another vehicle, and causing an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle, filed July 24.

Ronald Belles, 23, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and driving with a suspended license, filed April 29.

John Lusk, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of trespass, simple assault, criminal mischief and two counts of harassment, filed April 26.

John Magilson, 48, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 4.

Robert Manchester, 25, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed July 25.

Joshua Snodgrass, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and driving with only one working headlight, filed Aug. 25.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Brandon Andrew Murarik, 20, of Houtzdale waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed July 28 by Slippery Rock police.Isaac David Morrison, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed July 23 by Slippery Rock police.Justin Ronald Wagner, 18, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed July 15 by state police.Craig Lee Young, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed July 7 by state police.Christopher Dale Critzman, 37, of Portersville was held for court on one charge of driving under the influence filed July 7 by state police. Critzman was absent from the hearing and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.Harvest Abram Morrow, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police June 25. Morrow was ordered to pay a $300 fine.Ricky M. Newton, 49, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty on a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 3 by state police. Newton was ordered to pay a $300 fine.
