Jack

H. Todd Jack, 40, of Millers Eddy in Perry Township, Armstrong County, died Wednesday in Millers Eddy.

Born May 3, 1968, in Kittanning, he was the son of Howard P. and Paula A. (Bernot) Jack.

He was a foreman for the Rosebud Mining Co., Kittanning.

Mr. Jack attended the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Chicora.

He was a social member of the American Legion Post 488, Bradys Bend.

Surviving are his wife, Jacqueline S. (Libecco) Jack; a daughter, Emilee A. Jack; three sons, Koby B. Jack, Levi D. Jack and Nolan T. Jack; his parents, Howard P. and Paula A. Jack; a brother, Jassen E. Jack; his paternal grandfather, Howard R. Jack; and his maternal grandmother, Pauline Bernot. Also surviving are numerous extended family members.

<B>JACK </B>— Friends of H. Todd Jack, who died Wednesday, July 30, 2008, will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2217 Chicora Road Chicora. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church with the Rev. James Higgins officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
