EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Corey Hambright, 20, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged July 30 by Adams Township police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward Cheman, 58, of Harmony had his case held for court. He was charged July 21 by Butler County detectives with harassment.

Susan L. McCorry, 52, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged July 7 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Steven M. Christoffersen, 47, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Autumn Rayne Kramer, 25, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 1 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Robert Lee Bodenhorn Jr., 42, of Marienville had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 1 by Adams Township police with writing bad checks.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:Douglas W. Artman, 48, of Hadley waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Andrew E. Mine, 29, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 7 with attempting to contact or have communication with a minor, corruption of a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.Robert Martin Ritenour, 23, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jay R. McNiff, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Maxine Meeder, 49, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 13 with endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.Michaela Lynn Minnocci, 20, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged July 17 with conspiracy to kidnap, robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and using terroristic threats.Michael Leroy Klein, 23, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 with recklessly endangering the welfare of another person and endangering the welfare of children.
